Hog Roast (80+ guests)
Your guests can view the meat roasting in our Hog Master oven which has a viewing pane. With our professional set up and attentive staff we will serve, and clear away, leaving you free to enjoy your event and guests.
Hog In A Box (20+ guests)
This option is for smaller numbers up to 80 people. We slow cook butt shoulders or pork and prepare the pig for you and your guests. We pull the pork with all the trimmings and salads.
Lamb (30 guests)
Either prepared traditionally or why not try our Persian marinade along with breads and salads to bring your event to the next level.
Beef (50+ guests)
Slow cooked joints of beef. Jazz it up with Texan twist
Free Range Chicken (40+ guests)
Spanish style or spicy rub - great way to do something different at your next event.
All our produce is organic, free-range, and produced by British Farmers.
We are supplied by Ansell’s Butchers in Englefield Green in Surrey.
